A Podcast Picked Up My Story, Pomegranates
Here is where you can listen!
I have never heard another person narrate one of my stories before, and let me tell you, as a writer, it’s quite exhilarating!
After reading my short story, “Pomegranates,” a woman named Tessy reached out to me. She told me how much she loved my story and asked for official permission to read it as a four-part series on her podcast, Corbit Readings.
I was flattered and being that I made “Pomegranates” available to the public and encouraged readers to share the story, I gave her permission. Of course, Tessy—who professionally goes by Corbit Reading Hub—said she would give me full credit for my story.
A couple of weeks ago, Tessy published the first part of “Pomegranates” on her podcast. I listened and absolutely loved it! She adds such a unique, deep, and mysterious ambiance to the story in the way she reads my words. It was very NPR.
If you have five minutes, I really encourage you to hop over and give Part One of “Pomegranates” a listen, too! Tessy also published Part Two recently, so feel free to keep listening. With Tessy’s narration, “Pomegranates” takes on a whole new life and will bring you a whole new experience.
That's so cool! Congratulations! :)
Hey congrats! That’s awesome!!! Brb, gonna go listen to that real quick
